AFRICANOLOGY
About us
What is Africanology?
Africanology is the studies of African tradition to the higher level in spirit by receiving the quality divine of mankind, through own being in spirit. That can explain the nature of the universe through Africans traditions and our own way of thinking and not by the external scriptures we have learned.
The person who received the quality divine spirit from our African traditional giant spirit through the black thunder bird that represent as Angel, he may first of all meet the divine of the white thunder bird which represent the white Angel and limit himself there for the white spirit, such a black man can't be inventor by himself but can copy perfect. But when you don't limit yourself to the white angel spirit and continue to seek for spiritual knowledge with truth, you will finally discovered the black Angel that present your own black being. And you will be able to explain our African being spirit that link to our traditions and the world wide traditions. The explanations may be varies from different tribe to another but the origin of life is the same. The person who study Africanology to the high level received his own divine and can teach human mind, body and spirit. Also well understand the relationship between traditions, religion and science.
Such a person can modify or build his own tradition that fit the new generation without nullified the old traditions completely. When a person nullified his own tradition completely to welcome the foreign traditions, he kills his own creativity wisdom spirit and such a person can't invent things by himself but the best he can does is to copy from others. Know matter how long you have been educated. One need to understand the definition of tradition on his own way. If not one will fix himself and will never create new thing in addition until dead.
The relationship between traditions, religion and science, the divine i have received show me clearly their relationships. We Africans fear to start, the formal education make us lost confidence of ourselves and fear to start anything of our own, this happened because we have been influenced that in order to gain your life easier, we must joined the already existing ones, that is true and not bad but you will lost your own originally natural wisdom that you may bless with to start something and bring enlightenment to Africa. but once the western education train you not to appreciate something of your own originally the best you can do is to copy and limit to only self popularity and progress of western but not to influence the entire continent of Africa into progress, so that we can face the world economic challenge. If people have the sense of the indigenous knowledge and climb up to achieve high education. They automatically become creators because they have confidence of themselves
Africanology, which is formed as a group, is inviting all Africa's Intellectuals and Thinkers in the world to develop Africa's Natural Talents. This will empower the youth to be creative and nurture that creative ideology. Our aim is to unite Africans, to appreciate their own culture and its unique value Of Self- Believe. For us, Africans to become highly technological like China by our vision 2050, we must value our own culture and traditions. This page is created, so that, we Africans can share relevant ideas, and by opinion pool, we arrive at resolutions. All topics on humanity and African cultures, shall be freely discussed. Everybody shall be allowed to contribute, regardless of his or her religion and political affiliations. Once, it is meant to help Africans. Anyone can bring a topic on board for discussions or join a topic of his or her interest, where he or she is really good at or have ideas to contribute, for building the future of Africans. For example; talking about the history of Africa, agriculture, medicine, sports, love etc. which we now believe, is our own culture, which evolves to modern science. So that, In future, our children will not be confused. Since, they will know the history of our culture and how it was born. Our present culture is confusing us, because we are not able to create our own history. And everything of ours seems like borrowed ones. Also, we have been deluded to reject everything African.
The founder of the African ideology "Africanology" - My name is Sugru Manwuriba, i based in Paris. I am a writer and a traditional gospel musician of Ghanaian origin. I have hope and higher aspirations of growing my Africanology ideology to its highest pinnacle. I believe that, the African continent is still poor and backward, because Africans abandoned their culture and traditions. The currently religions confusion in the world also encouraged me more to push my Africanology ideology out to the world. I believe when people appreciate their own being they will value live more than any other things.
I published my first book based on African ideologies and working hard to launch my debut album on traditional songs of Africa. I am a member of the Pan African Association in Paris. I am currently occupying the position of a Special Assistant to Honourable Osei Mensah Michael, who is also currently the President of the Federation of Ghanaian Diaspora in Europe and GHACIF. I am also a currently secretary general to Ghana Northerner's Association in France.
I was born on 17th April 1971 to Manwuriba Alhassan (my father) and Awa Takora Sandow (my mother), both farmers in the village of Zangu, near Walewale in northern Ghana. My father was a great farmer in the village, and because of that he married many wives in addition to my mother. My mother gave birth to seven children one of whom died when he was child. I am the second child of my father and first son.
Due to poverty, I had little education and few prospects. Thus, lack of opportunities as I grew up made me frustrated and disillusioned, triggering profound questions about everything. I often wondered why we all lived in the same world yet some people were enjoying life while others suffered. These and other questions caused me to begin to think deeply about life, the universe, the origin of the world and who created the world.
As a child, my father taught me the LUNSI STORY OF CREATION IN THE MAMPRUGU TRADITION, but when I went to school, I was taught a different story of creation, which intimated that our cultural story of creation was evil and backward. I was taught about creation in the Bible and the Qur'an, both asserting that GOD created everything in the world, including Adam and Eve. Therefore, we are all descendants of Adam and Eve.
Curious, I wanted to know what colour Adam and Eve were but I knew that the answer would automatically be white. And if they were white, how did they give birth to the black man? How did the black man descend from a white couple? The more I thought about it the more intrigued I became. Finding no answers, I decided to go round the world in search of the truth. After searching and searching I can say today that my heart has been cleansed and my brain has been refreshed and purified just like the day I was born.
I began my travel to Saudi Arabia and visited the Muslim holy land of Mecca. I spent two years in ARABIA, studying their nature. In January 2001, I came to Europe and began to study their culture and way of life. I put these two distinct cultures together and I figured out the African nature. I found that Africa is suffering today because she has lost her natural creative spirit. The real history of the black man is lost. As a result, Africans are increasingly embracing foreign cultures and traditions that do not fit well with their nature.
After years of research into the cultural and traditional history of Africa, I discovered the cultural philosophy that fits perfectly with the African tradition. In fact, modern science has its root in this African philosophy and many scientific principles give credit to our African creative tradition. But how do we explore this? Well, the key is in this book. All I ask is that you keep an open mind. Together, we shall explore this beautiful tradition and spread to the world.
